Context
Accel Health is an AI co-pilot for healthcare recruiting — matching doctors with clinics. I led frontend and design as the founding frontend contractor.
Problem
Medical hiring is slow and fragmented. Busy clinicians needed an interface that felt effortless while complex matching logic ran underneath.
Approach
Launched the web app's frontend and design from zero on Next.js 14: frontend architecture and project structure, the choice of libraries, frameworks and design assets, a scalable design system built from wireframes and business data, AI-assisted matching workflows, service integrations and analytics, and mobile responsiveness. Guided the team, and wrote the handoff documentation for its future maintenance.
Outcome
A complete, polished frontend shipped in four months, with a reusable design system and docs the team kept building on.
